Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible for a free replacement or full refund. Proof (photo or video) may be required.
- Due to supplier agreements, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as “changed mind” or “ordered the wrong size.” Please check product descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.
- Certain items such as intimate apparel, personal care goods, perishable products, and custom orders are non-returnable.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Return Process:
To start a return, contact us at support@wellraven.com. If a return is required, we will provide the return address and a prepaid shipping label. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges:
If you received the wrong size or color, please contact us. When possible, we will provide a replacement at no cost.
Refunds:
Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the posting.
EU Customers:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
