Shipping Policy – WellRaven
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the WellRaven online store and mobile application, operated by ZouthFla IT Services LLC.
By placing an order with WellRaven, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, promotional launches, or high order volumes.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Fulfillment Locations
WellRaven partners with both international manufacturers and U.S.-based fulfillment centers.
Depending on the product ordered, your items may ship from:
• International fulfillment centers (including Asia)
• United States-based inventory locations
Product origin may vary by item and availability.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
International Fulfillment Orders
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
In some cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to customs processing or carrier delays.
U.S. Fulfillment Orders
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
• Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50
• Free Shipping: Available on U.S. orders of $50 or more
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.
If your order is fulfilled from different warehouse locations, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking numbers.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Delays
WellRaven is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Carrier service interruptions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• High-volume shipping periods
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, transit times are outside of our direct control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
WellRaven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping options may be offered in the future.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
WellRaven is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
